If you live in the Chatham, Ontario we invite you to order from our website (Postal Code N7L & N7M). The products on this site are available for local pick up and delivery only
HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
From start to finish we want to guarantee the quality of all our products we sell. One of the ways to
ensure that is through proper packaging and shipping channels. For local delivery, groceries orders are delivered with care by our own drivers.
Return Policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

PLATFORM & PAYMENT PROCESS
Our store is developed with WordPress & Woocommerce. WordPress is a Content Management
System and Woocommerce is the Extension that provides us with the online e-commerce
capabilities to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through TD Bank data
storage, databases and the general WordPress application. Your data is stored on a secure server
behind a firewall.
Payment: If you complete a purchase through Mercato Fresh, then TD Bank temporarily stores
your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your
purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All
direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our
store and its service providers.
